Who we are:
E3: Encourage, Educate, Elevate is a nonprofit organization 501(c-3) dedicated to
empowering young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. We provide
essential resources, life skills training, mentorship, and career development
opportunities to ensure that these youth transition into independent and successful
lives.
Founded by a passionate advocate for underserved youth, E3 was created with the
vision of breaking the cycle of instability by equipping foster care alumni with the tools
they need to thrive. Our programs focus on encouragement, education, and
elevation—three pillars that drive our mission to transform lives and create lasting
change.

Mission
At E3, our mission is to Encourage, Educate, and Elevate young adults transitioning
out of foster care by providing holistic support that fosters confidence, self-sufficiency,
and long-term success. We believe that every young person deserves a strong
foundation to build a brighter future, regardless of their past.
Vision
We envision a world where foster youth are not left to navigate adulthood alone but are
given the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to flourish. Our goal is to
empower over 1,000 young adults within the next three years, helping them achieve
financial stability, career growth, and personal well-being.
